Great day to grill some pacific red snapper...super simple olive oil, lemon and pepper grilled on a slab of Himalayan sea salt and garnished with cherry tomatoes, red onions and cucumber.

Belgians and Burgers

Had a hankering for Burgers 'n Beer again! My version is made with lean ground beef, minced onions, chili powder, Spanish paprika, salt and pepper. Two slices of cheese, one Tillamook Cheddar and one Kraft American.
Homemade fries from Russet Potatoes. Duvel Belgians have a light, crisp and refreshing taste!

Beef, it's what's for dinner, mesquite grilled tri-tip.

Brussels and Bacon

Mesquite grilled tri-tip with agave syrup glazed brussel sprouts w/bacon bits and grilled summer squash, corn and red peppers.  Salad of artisan greens, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese with a fig infused, balsamic reduction dressing.  Stone IPA and Dogfish Head 90 IPA...mmm.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute - super IPA w/balanced hops and a sweeter malty finish with notes of molasses and red cedar.

Pork 'n Plantains...pork belly (liempo in Filipino) marinated in garlic, soy and kalamansi juice.  Wifee made the barley salad with cherry tomatoes, grilled zucchini and herbs.

Grant Ranch Classic Loop spans both the East and West side of the ranch...21 miles and 4200 feet of climbing!

This beer ain't no joke...this beer has a mocha brown head and is a seriously viscous stout with notes of roasted coffee, pine and chocolate.

A consistent go to beer when I can't find Pliny...nicely hopped but not overly so with hints of grapefruit zest on the nose...head is thin and dissipates quickly as does the beer right in my tummy:)
