Chicken Adobo

My take on chicken adobo made with coconutvinegar, soy, garlic and baylaurel and served on a bed of arugula with potato chip crunchy chicken skin salted with alder smoked sea salt and a dusting of garlic powder and a spot of soft and sticky white rice.

What you have here is a thin lacey headed Cascade and Columbus hopped Mandarin Orange infused Belgian style beer that is both thirst quenching goodness and complex enough to keep you pondering what is hitting you!
