My take on chicken adobo made with coconutvinegar, soy, garlic and baylaurel and served on a bed of arugula with potato chip crunchy chicken skin salted with alder smoked sea salt and a dusting of garlic powder and a spot of soft and sticky white rice.

The aroma of this cantastic beer is super and draws you in with citrus, grapefruit pith and canibus resin and keeps you wanting for more. Pair it with something sweet or spicy to allow you to appreciate it for the hop bomb that it is. Cheers and Hoppy Friday!
