Great day to grill some pacific red snapper...super simple olive oil, lemon and pepper grilled on a slab of Himalayan sea salt and garnished with cherry tomatoes, red onions and cucumber.

Belgians and Burgers

Had a hankering for Burgers 'n Beer again! My version is made with lean ground beef, minced onions, chili powder, Spanish paprika, salt and pepper. Two slices of cheese, one Tillamook Cheddar and one Kraft American.
Homemade fries from Russet Potatoes. Duvel Belgians have a light, crisp and refreshing taste!
