Mesquite and Applewood Smoked Pork Loin on the grill tonight!
1 gallon glad bag, 3.5lb Pork Loin, 3 cups water, 2 tbsp Sea Salt, 1 tsp whole black peppercorns, 3 bay laurel leaves and 1 tbsp of Mansmith's seasoning...sear direct on all sides for about 10 mins...I direct heat until 150 degrees in the center...rest 20 minutes n serve up some love!

Super simple salmon
Spring freesia blooms:)
Applewood chips, lemon and red Hawaiian salt...that's it!
Mesquite coals for an infusion of Applewood and Mesquite smoke aroma.
Applewood on first tray.
Lay 2nd Olive oil rubbed tray with Salmon on top of first tray.
Olive oil and red Hawaiian sea salt on asparagus spears.
Pour yourself a glass of Chardonnay:)
After about 20 minutes serve up some simple food love:)
